Returns & Refunds

Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, open your order under My Account and click 'Request return', or call us. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or bank/UPI for COD) within 5-7 working days after inspection.

Electrical items that have been installed, cut pipes/cables and custom orders cannot be returned.
